If I am going to receive a tax refund can it be direct deposited into my account?

Yes! Please provide your banking information or a voided check when you bring in your tax information (where you bank, routing number, and account number). Otherwise your refund will arrive via check in the mail.

The direct deposit option will allow you to receive your refund faster than receiving a check in the mail.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, debit or credit. Taxes must be paid in full at the time of pickup.

I received a letter after I completed my tax return, what should I do?

 

Bring the letter in to our office, we will respond to the IRS letter for you and help direct you with the next steps to take.

Can I drop off my tax information without an appointment?

Yes! You can drop off your information and a tax preparer will call you with questions. Please include your updated contact information (phone number, address, etc). We are open for appointments if you would prefer to meet with a tax preparer in person.
